About The Project
105 Phillip Street is a world-class building with a fit-for-purpose design that focuses on its occupants and has been awarded the ‘6 Star – Green Star – Office. The building became a vertical community, providing 25,000 square metres of A-Grade office space combined with extensive amenities including an expansive rooftop terrace with a communal outdoor dining area and sports court.
Absolute Tiling & Stone successfully delivered the tiling works to 1,500m2 entry lobby floor and walls, tiling to the amenities and lifts and stoneworks to the joinery to kitchens of all 12 levels.
